Built in 1680 on the orders of King Louis XIV, LA FAUCONNERIE DU ROY is a legendary residence that bears witness to the royal art of falconry.


Situated in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages on the Versailles plain, this place of memory welcomes many celebrities, seduced and inspired by the unique atmosphere of these walls steeped in history.


La Fauconnerie du Roy is nestled in a large wooded park.

It offers an intimate, calm and rejuvenating environment, with a wide range of on-site leisure activities (swimming pool, ping pong, badminton, swing, trampoline, access to the communal tennis court, hiking, mountain biking...).


La Fauconnerie du Roy is located close to major tourist sites such as the Château de Versailles, the Château de Saint Germain en Laye, the Thoiry safari park (6 km), 30 minutes from Giverny and 35 minutes from Paris Porte d'Auteuil by car. An LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux) refuge, LA FAUCONNERIE DU ROY takes part in actions to protect and reintegrate birds and birds of prey.
