Built in 1680 on the orders of King Louis XIV, LA FAUCONNERIE DU ROY is a legendary residence that bears witness to the royal art of falconry.
Situated in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages on the Versailles plain, this place of memory welcomes many celebrities, seduced and inspired by the unique atmosphere of these walls steeped in history.
Nestled in a large wooded park, in the immediate vicinity of major tourist attractions such as the Château de Versailles, the Thoiry safari park and Claude MONET's gardens at Giverny, it offers an intimate, calm and rejuvenating environment with a wide range of leisure activities.

LA FAUCONNERIE DU ROY offers a 120m2 gite for 6 people (3 bedrooms) and 2 guest rooms set in landscaped grounds with a large swimming pool (15m x 7m) covered with a removable shelter (pool open from May 1 to October 15 - dates subject to change depending on weather conditions), and a host of leisure facilities: ping pong, badminton, volleyball, slide, swing, trampoline, access to the village tennis court with loan of rackets and balls, and farm animals on site.
